Terry Loerch did not step into commerce to follow trends. He stepped in to challenge what it had become.

As a single father, entrepreneur, and advocate shaped by lived experience, Terry has seen how easily systems drift away from the people they are meant to serve. Before Worth Offer, his work in the disability community focused on dignity, access, and fairness. He built platforms designed to support people, not take advantage of them. That same foundation now drives everything behind Worth Offer.

Alongside his partners, Terry created Worth Offer as a direct response to price gouging and inflated marketplaces. The mission is simple and firm. If costs rise, prices can adjust within reason. Beyond that, there is no excuse. No trends, no holidays, no demand spikes justify exploiting consumers.

Worth Offer is built on the belief that commerce should be rooted in trust. Products should be accessible, pricing should be fair, and people should never feel taken advantage of at checkout. Through direct relationships with suppliers and a partner network of advocates who believe in the mission, the platform is designed to restore balance to modern commerce.

For Terry, this is not just business. It is a principle.

Hanson Vuong is Worth Offer's core developer—the engineer behind much of what keeps our storefront, checkout, and internal tools running smoothly. He builds and maintains production full-stack features and data pipelines so customers see reliable inventory, fast pages, and fewer surprises from cart to delivery. With a UC Berkeley EECS background and deep experience in AI, machine learning, and robotics, he applies the same rigor to customer-facing software as to the systems our team depends on every day. His work helps Worth Offer stay technically trustworthy—so fair pricing isn't undermined by flaky tech.

Beyond Worth Offer, Hanson has shipped AI-powered applications and production data systems end to end. His team won Best Use of AI in Education at SF Hacks 2024—recognition that matches how we think about useful, honest tooling rather than hype.

Outside of work, Hanson is an airsoft enthusiast who tears down and tunes gearboxes for fun—proof the engineering instinct never really clocks out. He's also a longtime volunteer tutor and mentor, with a deep passion for making STEM accessible to students who need it most.
