1. Return Eligibility
1.1 General Return Window
WorthOffer offers a 90 day return window measured from the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking records. To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) the return request must be initiated within 90 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date; (b) the item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition; (c) the item must include all original packaging, boxes, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any promotional items included with the purchase; (d) the item must not fall within a category of non-returnable items as described in Section 4 of this Policy; and (e) the item must not show signs of customer-caused damage, wear, staining, odor, or modification. WorthOffer reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether an item meets these eligibility requirements.
1.2 Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Acceptable proof of purchase includes your order confirmation email, the order number associated with your WorthOffer account, or a purchase receipt. Returns submitted without valid proof of purchase will be denied. WorthOffer is not obligated to accept returns for products not purchased through our website, regardless of whether the product is identical to one sold on our Site.
1.3 Condition Inspection Upon Return
All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt at our facility. WorthOffer's inspection team will evaluate the item's condition, completeness, and conformity with the stated return reason. If a returned item is found to be used, damaged (other than due to a confirmed manufacturer defect), modified, missing components or packaging, contaminated, or otherwise not in the condition described at the time of the return request, WorthOffer reserves the right to: (a) deny the return and refund entirely; (b) issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished value of the item; (c) return the item to you at your expense; or (d) dispose of the item if you do not arrange for return shipment within 14 calendar days of notification.
