This resource is designed to provide you with comprehensive information regarding our ordering process, shipping policies, payment options, account management, product inquiries, and other frequently asked questions. 1. Ordering

1.1 How to Place an Order

To place an order on WorthOffer, navigate to our product catalog at worthoffer.com/products. You may browse by category, including Health & Household, Tech Gadgets, and Toys & Games, or use the search bar to find specific products. Once you have located the item you wish to purchase, click on the product to view its full description, pricing, images, and customer ratings. Select the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart." You may continue shopping and add additional items, or proceed directly to checkout. During checkout, you will be asked to provide or confirm your shipping address, select your payment method, and review your order summary before submitting. Please review all order details carefully before confirming, as certain changes may not be possible after submission.

1.2 Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After submitting an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email at the email address associated with your WorthOffer account. This email will include your unique order number, an itemized summary of the products purchased, the total amount charged, the shipping address, and the estimated delivery window. Please retain this email for your records. Important: Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. WorthOffer reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. If your order is declined or canceled, any payment authorization will be reversed.

1.3 Modifying or Canceling an Order

If you need to modify or cancel an order, you must contact our customer support team at support@mail.worthoffer.com as soon as possible. We process orders promptly, and once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping stage, it cannot be modified or canceled. WorthOffer is not obligated to accommodate modification or cancellation requests and shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or inconveniences arising from the inability to modify or cancel an order that has entered fulfillment. If your order has already shipped, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, subject to the terms and conditions stated therein.

1.4 Order Issues and Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, receiving a damaged product, or missing items from your shipment, please contact us at support@mail.worthoffer.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. Our team will investigate the matter and work to resolve it through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy at our sole discretion. Failure to report order issues within the 7 day window may affect your eligibility for a remedy. WorthOffer's resolution of any order issue shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you, and WorthOffer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from order issues.

1.5 Order Quantity Limits

WorthOffer reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product available for purchase per customer, per household, or per order. Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors may be canceled at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse orders that we believe are intended for resale, commercial exploitation, or any purpose other than personal consumer use.
